Welcome to The 3 AM Poetry Club. By subscribing to our letters, visiting this site, or giving us your mailing address, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. What we send

The 3 AM Poetry Club is a small snailmail society. We send physical letters — poems, fragments, marginalia, and small paper ephemera — to the mailing address you provide. Content and frequency may vary slightly, but our aim is one letter per month.

2. Subscriptions

Membership is currently offered as a simple signup list. When payments are enabled, subscription fees will be clearly displayed before checkout. You may cancel or update your membership at any time from your account page or by contacting us.

3. Mailing address

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate mailing address. We are not responsible for letters lost or delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information. Please update your address promptly if it changes.

4. Intellectual property

All poems, letters, and original content sent through The 3 AM Poetry Club remain our intellectual property. Subscribers may keep and enjoy their letters personally, but may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the content without written permission.

5. Privacy

We use your email and mailing address only to send you letters and account-related notices. We do not sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
