Refund Policy

We want you to love receiving mail from The 3 AM Poetry Club. If something goes wrong, here is how we handle refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Once payments are active, cancellation will stop future charges. You will continue to receive any letters already prepared for the current cycle.
2. Refunds for current period
Because letters are prepared and addressed in advance, we generally do not offer refunds for the current mailing period once materials have been sent. If your letter has not yet been mailed, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion.
3. Damaged or lost mail
If your letter arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or credit at no extra cost.
4. How to request a refund
Reach out through the Support page with your account email and a brief description. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
